Cheap, cheerful and relatively healthy.


This easy delicious brunch is my take on the 'Leon Egg Pot' after seeing the Debriefs take on it I had to try my own. Also try a splash of Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce! 

Basically this is a microwave meal, put the tinned toms or chosen sauce and chilli powder in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute (wrap the bowl in clingfilm btw!). Then add the beans, chorizo and the already cooked mushrooms then microwave for another minute then crack an egg in in the middle and microwave for a final minute and viola! Top with chopped paisley or basil, ever or. 

Enjoy (I'll probably be eating this a lot..)
