Cheap, cheerful and relatively healthy.

I get home from work around 3pm usually very hungry and like to make a filling lunch a few hours before exercising, I usually go for a salad or something rice based. If you're like me and don't enjoy spending too much time in the kitchen or don't have much time to then you should try this. 

Fry the cod fillet in oil, until cooked (roughly 5-8 minutes depending), add the spices to taste, I like spice so went a bit over board with the chilli. Add the pepper then after a few minutes add the microwavable pilau rice and some more chilli if it's not hot enough. Top it off with cooling avocado and coriander.

This took approx 15 minutes to put together, enjoy!
